Spoke too soon about March

Just finished a 90 minute 3 table session at the 10nl game at FullTilt. I think it might rank as my worst ever. It all started with some wild idiot at the table bragging about how he had $1000 in his bankroll on the site, and kept betting $1 on every preflop bet. If anyone called or raised he'd go all in with ANY two cards. So of course, i get QQ at the cutoff and raise it normal hoping he'd go all in ... and he made his $1 bet and typed in "I have 93 an I'll go all in with it baby". So I'm like "gee cool" and push it all in. He calls ... and shows 93.

What happened made me SICK to my stomach.

BAM. Just like that $8 out the window. I left the table. I kept playing at the other tables and although nothing like that happened, there was a case where I preflop raised with 1 caller, hit a set at the flop and pushed, only to be called by the nut straight - another $6 out the window.

The hits kept coming ... I left down $17 pretty much blowing my cash game gains for the month. Sucks. So I figure I'm not at my best right now, I need to get over that bad beat and get my mind straight for next time, and once I'm "off tilt" I'll come back to play more. How long does it take? I think when I'm not dying to play only to make up what I've lost I'll be ready.
