Might want to consider a break Ice. Complaining about being under EV and posting standard hands is not a good sign (I'd say playing 6-max is a bad sign also but w/e).

And lol at "normal 5BB/100". Just allowing yourself to think your w/r is off if it's not that high is so wrong.

Take a break and clear your head before these thoughts start costing you lots of $$.

hey
blogs aint dead there are still plenty good uns out there. from when i played on stars i think i remember you as a fairly decent tag with nit tendencies, if u who i think u r.you are well suited for FR and not so much for 6max, but of course i am just guessing, based on the breif memeory i have of you. i was always too lag and impatient at fr and it was harder to bluff due to the increased likelhood that the hand you were repping was the hand they had, or that they had overpair/tptk and they will never lay down at 100nl and below. 6max opens up all these beautiful nl concepts which i love, rather than just abc which is very profitable with big multittabling at these limits, and which may suit your style better. but....boring maybe?? also, you learn way more, playing 6max, which you can re apply to fr or higher stakes.
regarding the hands you posted, these are not the hands you should be posting. whether to fold ak here is based on history, as its the only way to deduce whether he has aa-kk. folding ak to a 3bet is fine too,for varaince free play, waiting till you have min 60-40% post flop at these stakes, but assuming you have a decent hand sample 20%3bet is spewtard, and you did right. many winning players at these stakes will jam ak 100% of the time, and thats fine too, as you can sometimes fold out tt-jj, as well as getting a donk call from aq. (i am not one of these player types, as there are just so many better spots, and if you do decide to do it, to even out the variance, you need to do it 100% of the time).
the qq v fish is also fine. nothing you can do there.
you should be posting the marginal hands, as these posted ones shouldnt figure in your thinking at all.
hope this helps, no critism intended
good luck, i like your blog btw.
