I too have only laid down KK once pre at full ring. I did it v too regs 100nl FR on pokerstars (site is relevant). 1 raise, tag reg cutoff 3bet, tsg teg button 4bet, me in BB....folded KK. In your quoted situation not sure you can make the situation without a few more stats. Whether he plays 1% or 10% is not the issue, its whether once he involved in a pot pre he goes all the way. If he does, then you need to assimilate whether he does this with AK as well as AA-KK. you say no, but in that case he must have a significant fold to 4bet over 5k hands. if he doesnt then he commits with ak too, as do many of these uber nits who think AK is about seeing all 5 community cards. and even against aa, you still win 20% of time, which should be factored in. and my KK....? i had the best hand, the regs were in a meta game war AK 5bet shoving and called by 99.
